Google announced the new Pixel 6 smartphone series. This lineup includes the company’s Google Pixel 6 and Google Pixel 6 Pro devices. These phones have been launched with Google’s own in-house Tensor chipset. The phones have been launched on Android 12. Google says that this chip will improve AI capability of Pixel phone. Along with this, this chip will also give better speech system, better security and better camera performance to the new Pixel 6 series.
Google Pixel 6 specifications
Google Pixel 6 has been launched with a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen that supports up to 90Hz dynamic refresh rate. The phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor with a center-aligned punch-hole cutout and Gorilla Glass Victus. Pixel 6 works on Tensor chipset and it will be available with 8GB RAM 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone is also equipped with a 4,614mAh battery that supports wireless and 30W fast charging.
The Google Pixel 6 has a 50MP wide camera on the back, which comes with a 1/1.31 image sensor size, where the pixels combine to form a 2.4-micron. The company says that this device will capture 2.5 times more light than Pixel 5. This device has 12MP ultrawide angle lens.
Google Pixel 6 Pro specifications
Google Pixel 6 Pro is the company’s premium flagship device. It features a 6.7-inch QHD+ waterfall display, which can refresh from 10Hz to 120Hz. Apart from 50MP main lens and 12MP ultrawide lens on the back of this phone, there is also a 48MP telephoto camera, which supports 4x optical zoom and 20x super-res-zoom. This device is equipped with 12GB of RAM. The ultrawide front camera of this phone also supports 4K video recording. Rest of the specifications are the same as the standard Pixel 6.
Cutout, Gorilla Glass Victus and in-display fingerprint sensor are also present in the phone, apart from this the phone also has a new tensor chip, the phone comes with 12GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB / 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone also gets a massive 5000mAh battery with wireless and 30W fast charging support.
Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro Price
The expected price of Pixel 6 starts at $599 i.e. approximately Rs 44,971, while the price of Pixel 6 Pro starts at $899 i.e. approximately Rs 67,494.
